Principal Designer and Founder

Dvira Ovadia is the principal designer and creative force behind Dvira Interiors, a dynamic firm celebrated for its award-winning residential and commercial projects. With a career spanning more than two decades, she is known for delivering innovative, approachable spaces that balance timeless elegance with modern functionality.

Dvira holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Interior Architecture from Pratt Institute in New York. She began her career working with leading design firms in New York City and Toronto before gaining national recognition after winning the acclaimed design competition From the Ground Up with Debbie Travis. She later became a familiar face on television as the lead designer and art director on HGTV’s Income Property with Scott McGillivray.

Today, Dvira leads a thriving practice with projects across Canada and the United States, offering comprehensive services from concept through construction. Known for blending creativity with practicality, she brings passion, precision, and a globally inspired perspective to every project she undertakes.
