Our Personalized Process

We begin with an in-depth meeting to understand your lifestyle, needs, and aspirations. This is where we align on the project scope, budget, and timeline, and begin building the foundation for a tailored design journey.
Initial consultation
This exploratory phase is focused on uncovering your style and design preferences. We gather inspiration, review a range of references, and explore colour palettes, layouts, and overall direction—whether you have a clear vision or need help refining one. At this stage, we also review the architectural plans to ensure they align with the design intent and make any final adjustments as needed.
Pre-concept
We translate your vision into a cohesive design concept. This includes mood boards, detailed renderings, preliminary floor plans, furniture layouts, physical materials, finishes, and colour schemes for you to touch and feel. Every element is curated to reflect your taste while supporting your vision for the project, function, and flow.
Concept & Design development
With the concept approved, we produce detailed technical drawings and specifications. These include floor plans, floor finish plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, millwork details, lighting layouts, and more. This Provides precise direction for builders, trades, and fabricators.
Interior construction drawings
We manage the sourcing and purchasing of all furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories as requested. This includes custom-designed pieces, vendor coordination, order tracking, and quality assurance. All handled with care and attention to detail.
Procurement
Throughout construction, we work closely with contractors and trades to ensure the design intent is executed seamlessly. We conduct regular site visits, address questions in real time, and resolve any challenges that arise while maintaining both quality and design integrity. We also review all shop drawings from millworkers, stone fabricators, metal workers, wallpaper installers, and other specialty trades involved in the project.
Construction and site coordination
Once the space is ready, we oversee the full installation of furnishings, art, and accessories. Every detail is styled to perfection, transforming the design into a finished home that feels effortlessly luxurious and deeply personal.
Installation
Once the space is complete, we arrange for professional photography to capture the project in its best light. This final step celebrates the transformation and creates a lasting record of your beautifully designed home.

Dvira Interiors - Fantastic Experience and Service! Our Tudor, relatively small home was originally built is the 1930s and in need of a whole new design for our whole home renovation. After consulting broadly with contractors, we would definitely recommend working with an Interior Designer at the beginning of your project. Given the spatial challenges of our home, we needed a very experienced designer, and we came across Dvira after seeing her signs posted in our area.
